Keyboard not working after battery replacement

Hi! After battery replacement my keyboard and Track pad aren’t working. Power button does work. I have replaced the trackpad cable, and now the track pad is working but the keyboard is still not working. What should I do from here? Thanks in advance

Using an external USB keyboard and mouse are you able to access the About this Mac menu choice clicking on the hardware system report. See if the internal keyboard and trackpad are listed.
