Okay, this looks like a pretty straight-forward one. The magic clue is right here in your panic log.

That's the Pressure Sensor associated with the barometric vent at the bottom of the phone. The sensor itself is mounted on the lightning connector flex cable assembly, so replacing that part should get you going again. Unfortunately we don't seem to have that guide here on iFixit, but there's a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that does.

If you're interested, the esteemed Alisha (@flannelist) has written an excellent guide to translating panic logs into repairs. Should you run into this sort of situation again, it will be invaluable in figuring out what to do; that's exactly what I did when I saw your post.

Good luck; let us know how it goes!

Thank you for the fast reply, what should i replace you mean the lightning connector flex cable assembly or the pressure sensor only?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

Well, considering you generally cannot buy the pressure sensor alone, i'm pretty sure it is meant that you purchase the lightning connector assembly/flex cable.

@jjtttzzz Yes, as Nick said, it's the assembly that gets replaced. Here's the one iFixit sells.

Replacing the sensor itself would require delicate microsoldering skills and equipment most of us don't have. That's assuming you could even find someone selling the sensor by itself; it may be possible, but I've never looked so I don't know for sure.
