after a screen replacement, it seems to not show any signs of life

I replaced the iPhone SE 2020 screen and when I tried turning it on it would not boot, it would only vibrate after being placed on a wireless charging mat. could I get some assistance?

are they bent?

are the flex cables torn?

does the original display work on the phone?
