Hi,
my laptop suddenly didn't turn on yesterday morning. I already tried SMC Reset and NVRAM reset. The device still charges though and the haptic motor of the trackpad still seems to be working. Can't get the device to boot or even play the startup chime.
Would be happy for every little help I can get.

Here's some tips to get you started:
Plug in an External Monitor: Reset the NVRAM once more. If you have FileVault enabled, enter the password after pressing the power button. Nothing will appear on the screen at first. When you feel the haptic in the trackpad, press the Caps Lock key. If the little green light comes on, the Mac can detect the keyboard. If the light does not come on at first, wait a good three to five minutes to ensure the Mac does boot.
If nothing else, reseat the battery. MacBook Air 13" Early 2020 Battery Replacement Do not replace the battery, just unplug it, press the power button for thirty seconds, and plug the battery back in.
