My external hard disc one segment alone does not show up why

I have an external hard disc and I have partitioned to 6,One segment does not show up every time I need to bring it from the source.This issue is from today after I updated my Macbook pro this morning. Kindly throw some light please.My updated version is 13.4.1.Thank you Regards.
