Create and boot from a recovery disc (see Option #1) and check if that resolves the problem. The recovery partition in the laptop may have become corrupted for some reason
A recovery USB can be created from any known working Win10/11 computer. All you need is a 16GB USB flashdrive and approx. 40-60 minutes of time.
You can get into the boot menu by pressing the Novo button (see image on p.3 of the manual for location - assuming you may need a pin or paperclip) to change the boot order for USB 1st boot device or press F2 (or Fn +F2) repeatedly on startup to get into BIOS to change the boot order.
If there is no Novo button hole, please confirm the model number of the laptop as shown on the product label on the bottom of the laptop.
