A recovery USB can be created from any known working Win10/11 computer. All you need is a 16GB USB flashdrive and approx. 40-60 minutes of time.
You can get into the boot menu by pressing the [link|https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/ideapad1_igl_ug_en.pdf|Novo button] (see image on p.3 of the manual for location - assuming you may need a pin or paperclip) to change the boot order for USB 1st boot device or press F2 (or Fn +F2) repeatedly on startup to get into BIOS to change the boot order.
