+1 on @adr_daniel's advice here, but I can also suggest that an ordinary hair dryer often works well in place of a heating pad.
I looked up the procedure for replacing the battery on your phone, and as it turns out, here's what you need.
So yes, the tool set you're looking at will indeed do the job, outside of the heat source. As a matter of fact, I have that same set and use it quite regularly so I have no problem recommending it.

@leonardoga81282 Yes, I saw those, which is the same as what mine came with, and that's why I mentioned that the toolset had everything needed except heat.
You'll need a hot pad and some isopropyl alcohol as well as the items you have listed.
The iopener from I fixit is a good heat source if you do infrequent diy repairs. I'd also suggest the 64bit pro tech toolkit they sell if you want to be able to take apart anything and everything tech.
