Were is the circuit breaker for the power Windows on Dodge Ram 2008?

2008 Dodge/Ram Truck RAM 1500 1/2 ton 4WD 5.7L. I have seen several videos online however, the vehicles have been off for a year or two. I am reading that the power windows have a circuit break below by the emergency break however, I have searched and not found one on the 2008. My original problem is that none of the windows will work. It is not isolated to a particular door it is all doors. No noise when pressing the button. I am assuming it's the circuit breaker but cant find it. Help...

@amandarami63082 is yours a 2008 3rd gen Ram or is it a 4th gen Ram? The information provided is for the 3rd gen but added a picture of the circuit breaker location for the 4th gen.

@amandarami63082 "A Driver Door Module (DDM) is used on all models equipped with power locks, power windows, and power mirrors. The DDM power window switch circuitry is connected to battery current through a circuit breaker in the Integrated Power Module (IPM) on a fused ignition switch output (run-acc) circuit so that the power windows will operate whenever the ignition switch is in the On or Accessory positions.

Check fuse 48 of the IPM. That is a 20A fuse for the DDM

The ever elusive circuit breaker is "hiding" on the wiring harness on the left kick panel (Drivers side left side under the dash)

Last but not least, here is the wiring diagram for the Power Windows, should further troubleshooting be necessary.

Just in case your RAM should actually be a 4th gen, check the IPM (under hood fuse box). The circuit breaker for that model is
