Internal high pitch gear noise
I got a vintage circa 1970’s bamix hand blender. My question is what kind of grease to use on internal gears? I love it!

I don't think there are gears? Did you open it? If you want to lubricate the cam and motor use food proof silicon grease. Look at ESGE Zauberstab - Bamix Motor gängig machen. And yes: it's a nice device, swiss quality.
