Did you disconnect the battery when you opened it up again?

Hello, if you can, test it with another screen. You don’t need to mount the pieces on the screen( proxy flex, home button) just connect the screen and see if it has an image. Maybe is’t a screen problem. If not, maybe connector damaged on the motherboard. Good luck!
