2014 iMac LCD not displaying video
The iMac I have powers on, but the LCD does not receive any video. When I boot it up, only three diagnostic lights are on. Should I replace the video card?

Did you try an external display? I would do that as this series doesn’t use a MXM graphics board, instead the graphics is driven by the Intel CPU’s graphics engine, so that really means a new logic board here.
But before you make that jump let’s see if the external display works.
