It’s a bit of a chore as you need to remove the logic board to gain access to the assembly which sits partway under it. If you review the older 2016 teardown here you can see it in Step 19 MacBook Pro 13" Function Keys Late 2016 Teardown which is exactly the same setup
But before you do this what is your problem as there maybe an easier fix.
