What shorted in my Behringer Europort MPA100BT?
I have a Behringer Europort MPA100BT that was discarded at my work. I opened it up, and found large scorch marks on the inside of the back panel, and both sides of the motherboard. Does anyone have/know where to find schematics, or what component blew? It’s just above the power input. I have a photo for reference.

The component that's blown is on the other side of the board... do you have a pic?
How'd you go with the repair?

Did you ever get this fixed?
I have the same powered speaker and really like the form factor.
On mine the battery (sealed lead acid) is shot, but I found instructions online how to replace.
I want to replace with a similar LFP battery and appropriate charge controller.
I also want to replace the main speaker with one of better quality, the stock speaker has very little bass at any volume.
My problem is the Bluetooth is a cheap, older style with lots of delay, connection issues over about 15 meters away and it seems it doesn’t handle the conversion from stereo to mono well, sounds like one channel is gone so much of the music I play before the main program sounds off.
I want to open it up, replace the battery and decide if it is worth it to upgrade the speaker and Bluetooth or if I should just sell it and get something else.
