Unable to empty bin: motor problem

After finishing the job, my roomba i3+ doesn’t empty automatically. The error says “Unable to empty bin: motor problem”. I’m living in Europe and iRobot support is not helping me

I assume the tower has an issue either with an internal sensor or with the actual motor that cleans (sucks empty) the Roomba’s canister. Did you check for any stuck debris or cleaned the tower’s internals?
Here you can find a written teardown of a tower base.
And this is a video of someone taking a Roomba ADE-N1 tower base apart.

Please share if you find anything to solve the issue, Thanks.
