Red LED, Chime, No Video

Hello iFix It Community,

I won a Mac Pro 6,1 Trashcan from eBay after installing an SSD and ram I heard dictation/the computer talking. There is no video I tried a VGA adapter and HDMI from two monitors

The computer had evidence that it had been dropped

Troubleshooting :

I found a dent on one of the ribbon cables to the gpu with the ssd socket

There seems to be no exposed contacts

Than I found a greasy substance on the same gpus logic board:

Lastly I found a red led on the main cpu logic board :

I read online that I could reset NVRAM but didn’t know how to.

Any advice on how to go about this or any more information that would help solve this. Thanks!
