The Apple Watch Ultra with its 49 mm case seems like a roided out Apple Watch. It was announced on September 7th, released on September 23, 2022, and is the first Apple Watch certified MIL-STD 810H and EN13319. It features a customizable Action button and L1 and L5 GPS.

The hole above the crown

All the holes on the Apple Watch ultra are seated with a mesh spanned across the holes and looks to be seated with a tight span.

The mesh in the hole above the crown looks wrinkled. Can someone confirm this is normal and not a defect? Or is this some sort of a bellow?

Could be the valve toa evacuate water after you've been swimming. Should be a setting on the watch for it.

Looks like that hole is leading to a barometric sensor. It also has a route to the band slot.

Does it look like a wrinkled piece of foil?

@Ferdi Mendes

the drilling might make it look like it’s wrinkled, but there is nothing "wrinkly" on/in that hole. The barometric sensor itself looks like a very tiny speaker cap.
