Hi Craig,
Your phone is of pretty average difficulty for replacing the screen, but you have two choices on how you want to do it. Replacements screens for the Nord N200 come with or without the midframe attached. There are advantages and disadvantages to both methods.
Without frame
The LCD is only slightly cheaper if you get it without the frame. Overall there are less parts to remove and replace with this repair, but the downside is you get to separate not only the back of the phone from the adhesive holding it on, but the front as well.

With frame
This one is more complex, as you have to gut all of the components inside the phone and move them to the replacement screen/frame assembly. If your frame is bent or scratched/scuffed/dented then you'll want to go this way; otherwise the screen only replacement might be a simpler choice.

The screens I listed are examples; you can easily find your own for cheaper prices at places like eBay and AliExpress, among others.
Other than the replacement screen, you will want to get replacement adhesive for the rear cover, and if you buy the LCD only version, you'll need precut adhesive for the front as well. Since you have to take it out anyway, if you have any doubts about your battery whatsoever, now is a good time to order a replacement for that as well.

Hi! Ifixit doesn't have any parts for the OnePlus Nord N200 nor a repair guide, but I did find a video on how to replace the screen and an eBay for the parts. Choose a screen with the frame as this will fit the phone securely. The screen without a frame can be a tad smaller. I added a link for B-7000 adhesive as it keeps everything in the phone secure.
If you do repair it, it would be awesome if you could make a guide for the device as there is no guides yet at all. I added an Ifixit article on how to make your first guide!
