Hi! ifixit doesn't have any parts for the OnePlus Nord N200 nor a repair guide, but I did find a video on how to replace the screen and an eBay for the parts. Choose a screen with the frame as this will fir the phone securely. The screen without a frame can be a tad smaller. I added a link for B-7000 adhesive as it keeps everything in the phone secure.
