iPhone SE doesn’t power on if Dock connector is connected

Hey, if I connect the dock connector to the phone it doesn’t want to boot (I’ve tested 3 different docks) but if I disconnect it… it just fires right up..

Can someone help me please?

Thnx for the help but I fixed it… the dock connector was glued too high so it connected with the wrong pins or smth, it works now.. thank you and greetings from Belgium!

check diode mode readings on dock connecter on motherboard.
