How to tell the difference between 2018 and 2019 logic board

Hi

I’m wondering if anyone has a known way of telling the difference between a 2018 and a 2019 logic board for the 13inch (4TB3)Touch Bar model from a image as I’m looking for a Board with a cpu replacement and the 2018 and 2019 have slightly different cpus

Any help is greatly appreciated
