I skipped the ink charging step and now there is a error code

Help! I have a Epson Ecotank 8550, I filled the inks and accidentally unplugged the machine during the initial ink charging setup. Now my printer screen is blank and the power button light is flashing. How do I reset the printer or restart the ink charging??

I know on some of the non ET Epsons without sensors for an open lid (even today, Epson only has those sensors on the CD/DVD printing models), it's usually a button combination for the ink change on the cart-based ones which yours will not support being an "EcoTank" model, but a lot of the Epson printers have a ink replacement button in the driver; on Windows, you open this menu:

If there isn't a driver level option, you may just need to fill it up as they tend to be sensor based.
