Well, the battery and the charging logic both look good at the surface. But, batteries do lose there ability to hold a charge with age! As you can see this battery is still the original one the system was sold with. So it does look like you do need a battery. Batteries last about 5~6 years at best just from age.
But you likely have a second issue here and thats using both macOS Monterey and Chrome! Both are heavy RAM & Storage hogs.
This system RAM is either 4 or 8GB which is quite low for todays OS's and apps. To add to it the SSD storage can be quite low! 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB so you do need to limit your expectations on what this system can offer you.
At this point I would reduce as much as I can of content (data) and applications you really don't need so you free up as much storage space. I would also forget about Chrome and go back to a lighter Web browser like Safari. If thats not possible then you'll need to look at increasing your storage to 512 if not larger. That will help but the real limit is the RAM if you have only a 4GB system there's not much you can do.
Maybe it's time to get a newer system (new o used)? 16GB and 512GB/1TB of storage.
