Impressa s9 empty grounds takes a full 10 min before it clears

Jura impressa S9 empty grounds won’t clear until you wait 10 minutes before re inserting the drip tray. I’ve tried every fix possible having to do with cleaning in the back of the tray and grounds in chamber. It is weird because if I’m descaling and it tells me to empty tray, it lets me insert it immediately. When it tells me to empty grounds, it does it 100% of the time. Are there Micro switches on an Impreza S9? If so where are they?

The responsible parts can be seen in page 8 of the pdf, #510. There are no microswitches, just three contact plates on the drawer and their interior counterparts. It is very important that all the gaps between them are clean and dry, otherwise the device "feels" moisture and "thinks" that the water level in the drawer ist too high . If you want to look for the interior contacts, use this guide: Jura Impressa S Modelle Pumpenträger ausbauen

Madura is leaking under the back of the machine. Everything else works great. I have an Empressa S9 that was purchased new in O2. I realize it’s old but it has been taken care of but I’d like to see if I can get in the back and fix the leak, but I need the key to open it in the back Help help

You need an "oval drive bit" e.g. from iFixit. Or make your own.
