Why are my prints saggy after CR Touch install?

Why are my prints saggy after CR Touch install?

I installed the Creality CR touch and now all my prints are either saggy or just not printing at all as you can see in my pics. What might be causing this?

It could be that the E-step might need to be calibrated. Can you upload a picture of a failed print? Adding images to an existing question

also you have to set your z offset and add G29 at the beginning of your gcode.
