Why is the gyroscope not working?

I have a sharper Image DX 2. Drones gyroscope isn’t working, any way to recalibrate/reset?

Can you specify "not working"? Do you get errors, is there a visual fault or is it just not behaving as it should?

It's just not behaving, it tilts a lot I believe that the gyroscope is the problem.
