Battery not charging after screen replacement

Hello, I just replaced the display of iPhone SE 2020. After replacing, I wanted to charge the device. It recognize the charger and also shows it is charging, with the charging sound, but the battery percentage wont change, until the phone restart itself (every 10 minutes +-). Then, after the phone starts again, it is showing real percentage of battery, so for example it was on 70 %, I charged it, the percentage did not change, then it restarts itself and after start the battery is at 76 %. Discharging is working, it shows lower % when it is not plugged in. It just only not charge properly and restarts itself. Can you please help me with it and tell me, where is the possible problem? What should I do?
