Upper case plastic is bent, is there a solution? (photos included)

Yesterday I successfully replaced my hard drive with the great ifixit guide but there was 1 problem.

Before assembling it, I knew that the plastic was bent (a few months now).

When I assembled it, I found it difficult to remove the upper case because of the bend it had. I don't know how this happened but after I successfully replaced my new hard drive, the upper case didn't fit perfectly. And yes, I have screwed it successfully. It really has bended.

Maybe there's a way in fixing this?

I know this is a maybe impossible question but it's worth trying..

Also, I have accidentally screwed one nut in the dvi hole and I cannot get it out and I haven't got any nuts left :

Is there a way on removing the nut from the dvi hole?

Thank you for your time.

There's a gap on the front side of you top case cause you didn't reinstall it as it should be. When putting back the top case you must begin the job by inserting the top case front side first and apply pressure to snap it in the bottom case clips. Before clipping the front top case insert something flat that will fill the optical drive slot gap to avoid the slot deformation when applying pressure to it. Since you'll have to take off the top case and reinstall it check inside the machine if it's possible to push the screw stuck inside the DVI hole.
