Battery no longer recognized
I replaced the battery in my Early 2015 13” MacBook Air running Mohave and at first everything was fine. Now the computer only turns on when plugged in and I can’t get battery status displayed. I have:
- Installed Coconut Battery, no battery info shown
- Reset SMC
- Reset NVRAM/PRAM
- Removed the battery, I can’t event get the X through the battery icon to show.
- Deleted systempreferences.plist file
Whenever I click to show battery status in the status bar, it immediately disappears. Does anyone have any ideas? I’m hoping it’s not a logic board issue because it was working before.
