No sound and battery not charging with loud fan noise

I was in the middle of watching a show and my sound stopped working all of sudden. I tried all the solutions I could find online and none of them worked. I also realized the battery icon on the taskbar disappeared and my Macbook is no long charging along with a loud fan noise

Update (12/26/2021)

Thanks for your response. After a day of leaving my laptop off the battery seems to be charging again and the fan noise is also gone but the sound still hasn’t come back would this still be an issue with either I/O Board or I/O Cable?

I have attached a snapshot of my battery information from coconut battery

Getting a view of the battery via Coconut will help in discovering if the I/O board is the issue or if the I/O cable is.

The loss of sound revolves around the I/O board DAC logic (Cirrus chip) MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) I/O Board and the headphone jack which has some switches within it
