Hello, our DeLonghi Magnifica ESAM3300 does not discharge water from the coffee spouts. Instead, the water comes out of the steam wand. Happens even on self-clean cycle when turned on. Coffee spouts are not blocked the infuser cleaned and the machine descaled. Is it the end? Any suggestion?

You need to run some Calcium Lime and Rust remover through it or one that is designed for coffee pots(I just use CLR and run a lot of cycles to make sure it is all gone) or soak in vinegar and run it through a dozen times or so. Shutting it off part way through to allow it to eat the clog helps.

Very different from the manufacturer recommended descaling process, but did the trick.
I run this about every 100 or so pots of coffee and the CLR is reusable.

Perhaps you have to replace the complete steam wand including the valve? It's not such expensive.

I think I'm having the same issue. When I turn on the machine the self-clean cycle spits out some water through the steam wand, but nothing through coffee spouts. And when I press the button to make a coffee no liquid comes out of the coffee spouts, only water through the steam wand.
Can you please give some more details on how you fixed this?
