Difference between PC2-6400 and PC2-6400S

Hello,

I want to upgrade the RAM on my iMac 20' early 2008.

According to Mactracker, I need 200-pin PC2-6400 (800MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM.

I found PC2-6400S, is there any difference ?

Thanks

The S at the end usually denotes it is SO-DIMM, for laptops, though not always used. With more people buying online, not physically being able to examine the product, it helps people know what they are buying. The use of the "s" at the end is becoming more common to denote it is laptop memory.
