No headlights, where is the headlight relay located in my 1991 Chevy?

There was a similar question in 2018 in this forum for a 1991 Chevy Cheyenne. In that case, one person suggested the following: "It's under the hood in the black fuse box by the drivers side fender/fire wall. Should be a diagram on the underside of the cover showing location of relay." Not sure if that is the correct answer, so please let us know if that makes sense for your model of truck.
