What’s up with my iPhone battery?

I’ve bought an iPhone XS Max battery (Not from ifixit), after installing it and using it for around 7 hours, I’ve found that when connected to the charger, it will charge but the percentage will not go up.

Weird right? I immediately contacted the seller to replace it and the replacement (A different brand this time) does the same thing.

Now I’m thinking what to do. Should I buy an ifixit battery or would it do the same thing again?

If two different batteries are not charging and you have tried another cable it could be a faulty dock connector assembly. You will need to rule this out.

If you have tried the above suggestions and the battery is still not charging it will be a logic board issue and will need to be looked at by a reputable repairer.
