How do I know if this has the Wolfson DAC?

While I have the iPod apart to change the battery as it failed testing, I am wondering if mine has the Wolfson DAC. I didn’t get this primarily for the Wolfson DAC since I wanted a proper standalone MP3 player, but I know these were known to be equipped with the Wolfson DAC.

Is there any clues I should look for? Especially opened up.

5th gen iPods and older have a Wolfson DAC.

Only the 6th/7th gen iPod Classic models (the ones with a metal front) have a different DAC.
