Keyboard cable and screws question A1229

Hi people,

In reference to this guide, on a Macbook Pro A1229: MacBook Pro 17" Models A1151 A1212 A1229 and A1261 Keyboard Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide , I have the following issues:

1) When I reattach the keyboard cable, it seems somewhat wriggly. Is that normal?

2) The two torx-screws in the RAM-compartment have gone missing. Will it be ok to run the computer without those two, or should I try and get replacements before powering on?

Thanks!

Update: Tried booting computer, it works, so assume the cable is connected as it should be.

Still a little bit iffy about running the computer without those two torx screws. Any opinions?

(As a curiosity, the guide is wrong about 4 of the screws which should be longer 13.8mm screws)
