iPhone freezing after screen replacement

I replaced the Digitizer on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it seemed to work fine during testing. The customer called a couple hours later saying the phone is freezing. It works fine after a hard reset but only for about an hour then freezes up again. Any suggestions? Could it be the aftermarket LCD I installed?

It could be a bad screen or perhaps something went wrong during the repair. Obviously, you should take a closer look to see if any of the flexes are damaged or if any components were damaged or dislodged near the relevant connectors.

As a repair shop, you probably have other screens so I would try one of those first. If you still have the customers original screen and it is functional, try that one too.
