WiFi Connects, USB Devices Disabled notification, WiFi disables
Hi all,
I’ve been having issues with my Early 2015 13” MacBook Pro.
When I start by system up, WiFi appears to connect to whichever available network, however after a few seconds I get a “USB Devices Disabled” followed by my WiFi completely disabling (note my right USB is now non functional as a result of this, however the left one still works??). Network preferences says WiFi: Off, however when I press “turn WiFi on” nothing happens and it remains off.
I took it to a genius bar, the technician there said there was no obvious issue and that it passed the diagnostics test and re-imaged it. He suggested that if it happened again I could replace the AirPort card as this would be simple, and cheaper than Apple doing it.
I have replaced the AirPort card with no luck.
I am using a USB WiFi receiver as an interim measure, however I would like to fix the issue for the long term as the quality is quite poor.
Thanks in advance
