Is the microphone in the 2017 21" compatible with the 2017 27"?

The mices look quite similar, but I am not sure they are in equal lenghts. I have had no luck the past 6 months to source a microphone, but may have the opportunity to buy a 21” and use the microphone. Want to be sure before I buy if anybody has any experience

Clearly the 21.5” cable won’t work as its shorter and is setup differently!
