My touchpad does not click - however if I tap it works.

Does this problem require a motherboard replacement? Also my Lightning port is loose. have a:

Sometimes the battery will swell in these causing the trackpad click to not work any longer. I’d suggest bringing it to any competent local shop (not Apple) for a quote.
