I recently replaced the left fan in my macbook pro. It's not turning on after I reassembled. So far I've tried the following:

So no fan spin i am assuming?
I would try taking of connectors (keyboard, trackpad ect) and plugging in one by one to see if one of them is causing an issue. See if you can get fanspin with no keyboard / battery plugged in

Install this app TG Pro it will allow you to see more visually whats happening. Post a snapshot of the sensors (all) and fans here for us to see Adding images to an existing question
I would also recommend running the onboard diagnostics. Restart your system and press the D key to enter into it. Did you get any errors? Let us know what you got.
