Dent on the backplate of MacBook Pro fix/replacement

Hey i have a small dent on my Macbook pro 2019 on the top edge and the left edge of the screen backlid/backplate (where the logo is). I was trying to get it replaced and i was wondering how i can go about doing it since theres no way of fixing the dent on the aluminium. The dent does not affect the screen. i was wondering if its easy to buy a spare part and replace it myself or will it be better to go to apple repairs if so how much will it cost for such a minor damage?

If the dent is just cosmetic I think the best solution is doing nothing!

Apple does not offer the shell piece alone as a spare, its only offered as part of the major sub assembly as part the display assembly 15” MacBook Pro Complete Display - Silver at a cost of over $1,000!!

Best to get a cover skin or snap-on shell to hide the sin.

i added pictures, I see the display cost is hefty. i heard apple screen repair outside of apple care warranty is around £270 in the UK but i don't know if it will be the same price for the metal frame around the bezel. i bought an incase but it didn't seem to be able to hide the damage. i know this is more of an emotional and OCD issue rather than a major problem because i bought the machine not so long ago hasn't even been 6 months and got no apple care.

@Marcus Akoto-Kankam - Edge bumps like yours are not really repairable. All you can do is use a nail file to cut the edge of the bur if it snags things. Otherwise leave it alone.

The £270 is what a used 13" display would cost you for the older systems.

If you had gotten AppleCare+ they do discount the part price to about half cost. I doubt they would replace it in this condition as its not impacting the use.
