@Sedrica Brown ,
Yes the picture is there OK.
Have you tried to power reset the TV, you didn't say?
If not, turn off the TV if it is on and then switch off the wall power outlet (if it has an On/Off switch) and remove the TV power cord from the power outlet
Wait for about 5 minutes and then plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet (switch it on if it has an On/Off switch) and then turn on the TV and check if the problem is still there or not.
If it is still there it may be a Y driver board or Y sustain board problem or even a logic board problem.

Yes we did all of that last night its still there. So I have to replace the Y driver board?
@Sedrica Brown ,
I think that it is the one but it may also be the connections. I'm not fully up on plasma TVs so you may want to contact here for more info

Hi,
Post an image or a short video back here so that others can see what the 'box" looks like.
Here's how to do this on ifixit

Sedrica Brown yes this could be a y-buffer board error as well as a Y-sustain board. You usually purchase those togehter since when one goes out the other one is right behind it. the only thing that concerns me on this is that this is a blue box vs a black one. Usually if those boards fail they will be black. This makes me think that a memory failure should not be excluded.
