Yes the picture is there OK.

Have you tried to power reset the TV, you didn't say?

If not, turn off the TV if it is on and then switch off the wall power outlet (if it has an On/Off switch) and remove the TV power cord from the power outlet

Wait for about 5 minutes and then plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet (switch it on if it has an On/Off switch) and then turn on the TV and check if the problem is still there or not.

If it is still there it may be a Y driver board or Y sustain board problem or even a logic board problem.
