I changed a battery for a customer. screen touches by itself.

So I replaced a battery for a client of mine.

after that she came back (after about 3 weeks). The screen clicks by itself.

From what I know a battery replacement should not do this to a phone, anyone know of a solution?

I did replace the battery three days ago again, since I thought maybe there was a bad battery, she came back now. Same issue.

I believe that would be a bad digitizer module or connection. Try reconnecting the display, then switching displays (if you have a spare).

An iPad I once fixed was worse. When you had the keyboard up it would type random things, even when you leave it alone in a room with no one else. It was like a ghost possessed it.

Good luck!

I have a battery stand, the customer said she changed screen at someones home before that, so it was solved with a new screen.
