Contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service or an electronics repair service and ask how much it would cost to remove/replace the USB connector only, if you bring the motherboard only to them as you will dis-assemble and re-assemble the speaker.
Doing it this way should save you some money as the labour time will be greatly reduced. Mind you the repairer cannot test their work to see if it is OK or if you have created another problem in the dis-assembly/re-assembly of the speaker. That’s the risk you will be taking doing it this way

Here’s a link to the ifixit DOSS SoundBox Motherboard Replacement guide which might also be helpful if it is similar to the Pro model. I don’t know if it is or not.
The tricky part is getting the exact USB connector replacement which will fit onto the motherboard. The pin out is always the same but the board’s USB mounting lug position can vary. Hopefully the repairer will have some different USB connectors in stock and one will be compatible with mounting on the board.
