Rarely does a cap go on its own. There is often a cause are you sure you are not fixing the symptom and not the root issue here?
How about giving us some background. Apple has a few extended warranty programs for your system (I think there are five now). So before you start altering things it may make sense to see if there is an issue you can claim to get this fixed for free.

I purchased the device in late 2016 in the UAE and the machine worked wonderfully. About three months ago the device was in stand-by mode and I did not use the device for two days and when I tried to start it did not work the device. I thought the reason might be the battery and already changed the battery and the operation of the device but there was a depletion of the battery was discharged quickly to turn off the device after three days and did not work. Did you check to see if this was valid? 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) Battery Replacement Program and get it fixed under it? There was a parts issue also involved here.
