Noticed it restarts showing some message: the computer had to restart

Hey there,

I just updated a MBP 13" mid 2012, I changed the RAM for 2x8Gb 1600Mhz DDR3, and a SSD 1Tb as a main disk and using a caddy I set up the 500Gb HDD instead of the super drive.

Installed MacOS Sierra everything seams to be just fine but in tree days of use I have noticed it restarts showing some message: the computer had to restart …

Do you Guys have any clue about what the problem could be? any help? thanks in advance.

@alberte22 After it restarts, immediately go to terminal and type in this command:

log show --predicate 'eventMessage contains "Previous shutdown cause"' --last 24h

Then post in here what the last shutdown code number is. The code should be something like, -2, 0, 3, 5, etc.
