Can u identify this Ipad mini 4 component above the battery connector?

Hi All, while replacing the wifi IC over the weekend on this ipad mini 4 (wifi) I accidentally blew a component off the board with my hot air.

The component sits right above the battery connector and I believe it had a “TC” or “TN” written on it.

Fortunately, I did take a picture of the area pre-accident.

I also attach a picture of the pins from a schematic viewer.

I’m thinking it’s probably a TCM0605 filter choke, but any input would be much appreciated.

THanks a bunch!

It’s a three terminal device which would exclude a filter choke.

It is a MOSFET (transistor) and it is configured similarly to Q8900 on the iPad Air 2. Unless you have a donor board, I would simply order the Air 2 version (CEDM7001) and install it.
