How do I fix my right analogue stick pointing down?

So, some backstory. Outside my room was a bucket of bleach, and I accidentally dropped my Xbox controller in it. I got it, everything's fine apart from my right stick pointing down. I've tried looking at answers but nothing has worked. Please try help.
